Cabinets
These are nice cabinets. Simple design and nice wood color:
What kind of wood is this? Is it Pilon as referenced below? Maybe with a dark oil stain?

Wood: Pilón (?)
Hyeronima alchorneoides
Family: Euphorbiaceae
Common name: pilón, zapatero, nancitón
Commercial name: pilón wood; bully tree wood
Pilón is renowned for its very heavy, dark maroon–colored wood, which is a wood appreciated in industry. It has an excellent durability, with a specific weight between 0.6 and 0.65 and a density between 0.63 and 0.79 g/cm3. This wood shows acceptable resistance to the attack of termites but is susceptible to wood-decomposing fungi that attack at underground levels. This timber is frequently used for general heavy construction (interior and exterior), marine pilings, boat construction, structures for bridges, railway ties, etc., and for furniture and decorative veneer.

Flooring
This flooring is nice but we prefer the flooring shown in the next photo. The photo below shows the perfect door:
Sinks are nice but we would prefer less loud patterns more like the second image below.

The floor/tile below is what we would like. It uses two sizes and a light grout. Beautiful. Sinks are nice also.

The wavy pattern is nice for a beach theme.

Bathroom door with Frosted Glass so as to not be a dark closet at night.

Black painted posts (aluminum or galvanized steel) with a wood or fake wood cap

Security bar pattern. Can be used for windows as well as the security door needed for the lower glass doors.
Medium (120 x 160m) window bars pattern:

Smaller window bars:

Propane Secure Structure
This location should work well to allow a secured propane tank to service both 1st and 2nd floor stoves. *We need to determine if 1 larger bottle is better than a smaller one, with one in storage to rotate into use as needed.

Outside house color.

Electrical

Security Cameras
Reolink PoE (power over ethernet).

Ethernet cables come with this kit.
We can run raw cable in advance if necessary for construction simplicity.
Cameras will be on 4 corners of the primary roof. Plus 1 additional camera in the center-front.
